I think some one is blocking me. I have spent about an hour trying to get on the forum. What in the world is going on? I am at a lose as to what to do. Please help.

No one is blocking you. The fact that you can send me messages is proof of that.
Try clicking this https://forum.stopafib.org/index.php?/forum/21-afib-forum-general-discussion/
That should take you to the General Discussion forum where the thread you started is the most recent one. Let me know if that works for you.

I see you posted but you said you're having trouble doing so. I can help you with this but I think we need to have a phone conversation to do it. I'd be happy to help you with this. Just give me a phone number, your time zone, and a good time for me to call.

Sue, someone needs to put a stop to evolving argument about Obama care going on now. My urging!

So here's the thing. Still can't find anything wrong with my heart. The heart beats are still erratic. Doc is going to put me on a very low dose beta blocker...this is the only option. I've done ultrasounds, echoes been in hospital for a Couple of days now. Hopefully it helps

Yes my mom and hubby. Both at home. I have fibromyalgia on top of every thing else so my body does not absorb drugs very well . It seems as if my liver has a hard time processing drugs especially beta blockers. I get an upset stomachand generally feel n nauseaus. Any hints?

Hi, Check with doctor or nurse about the nausea including home remedies. I use ginger that comes in a candied jell form, found in some good grocery or organic stores. The other probably most common is mint tea. The thing about the ginger is u can carry it around but everything can interfere with meds u may be taking so check with doctor or nurse. Hospital I was at had mint tea available 4 that reason. Mayo clinic.com often includes home remedies in treatment ideas. Browse their website 4 other stuff too. Has the heart continued to calm down?

I've taken the beta blocker and a mild tranquilizer and it isn't as bad as Thursday night when i got admitted. I still get flutters but I guess the beta blockers take time to "kick in" and rememberI can ink tolerate a very low dose...so probably will expect flutters and palpitations from time to time
