The CARMA Center is dedicated to spreading awareness about Atrial Fibrillation and educating the public about the condition and the health risks, such as stroke, that come with the disease. In an effort to broaden the impact of our Atrial Fibrillation Awareness Campaign we are organizing several screening and educational events in other states surrounding Utah, including Idaho, Wyoming, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, California and Colorado throughout March, April and May.
At these events we will be offering free screenings for AFib, as well as educational materials about the condition and what the different treatment options are.
Additionally, we will provide resources about where and how to seek treatment in each area as well as how to access the cutting edge research and treatment facilities at the University of Utah.
