CardioSmart, part of the American College of Cardiology, has partnered with the Heart Rhythm Society to deliver the "Living with Atrial Fibrillation" program for patients and caregivers. The educational sessions are delivered by cardiovascular care team members and are occasionally supplemented by a patient story. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, and parking validation are provided at these sessions. The programs are free and open to the public.
