OMG, I have been missing this forum for about 22 months now. No fib for that long, but now it is piling up fast. As I sit here my pulse is 113 + or - a few. The beginning November started out with a bang...a small fracture of my ankle and cardio version #26. That lasted for two days and then I went into afib again so I had #27 1 1/2 weeks ago. Well, yesterday morning I again went into afib and am now waiting to call my doctor in the morning. Boy, I am really tired of this! The last time I said can we add more meds and he said "you are on the toughest already". So I am wondering what the hay is next? What comes after cardioversion #28? Last week in the hospital Day Stay the nurse said have you ever thought about getting an ablation? I said yes, have had 3 of those...did she look surprised.

An update on Xarelto! When I saw that Xarelto was not on the list of 2018 for aetna, I gave them a call. Then the letter from aetna saying that it would not be on the 2018 list. Yesterday I received a letter from aetna saying that my Xarelto would be covered for the coming year...Yeah! Don't have to find another insurance company.
