Hi I am a 63 year old female who has afib. I have had it for nearly 18 yrs. I have been on amondarone and it didn't work. I have had four cardioversions that didn't work. I had heart surgery in 1999 to replace two valves with mechanical valves. So I can not take the new meds and I take warfarin for the afib and valves.
