John hi thanks for commenting and sharing. so you will really understand what it is like for people like us, being physically incapable is one of the worst things anyone could wish on us. I was looking at getting back to targeting the over 50's Universe and until recently was doing cardio of 40 flights of stairs with weight. to then go to what is now possible is mental torture,

Brian, Thanks for the comment, I will psot in forum as soon as I feel up to it. I have no choice buy to get an ablation, as my career and personal time revolves around fitness. I have competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting for many years. I just want my old life back. Its best to respond directly in th thread as I rarely check the comments. hang in there we will be training again soon! John
