  1. Tomorrow is the day - ablation #2.  Please send along some positive vibes.  This time EP set up lots of preliminary stuff - not sure why.  The MRI mapping he also did last time but now, additions were chest and heart xray, blood work (3 sets) and urine and an ECHO.  I have seen all the results except the ECHO not posted yet and nothing looks terrible.  Anyway I guess thorough is good.

You would think I would be calmer than last time but doesn't seem to be the case.

Do they always use a dye?  On lots of prednisone and some benadryl as protection from dye.  Can't remember if dye was used last time.

Guess he was right tho, having way too many AFIB episodes - a serious interference with my swimming. (and life in general).

I got home last night and feeling very optimistic. My EP was looking extraordinarily happy.  So far no meds to speak of and no blips.

Spent today doing less than nothing and very tired.  Seems they were able to induce AFIb when and where they wanted without the frighteningly high heart rate I was getting during first ablation. Some scaring had come through and they reached places they couldn’t before.

I know there are no certainties with AFIb but feeling optimistic
