Guest Melanie
I’ve had paroxysmal afib for 3 1/2 years. It has increased this last year but still not too often. 3 times in last 4 months. Even though I’ve stopped all common triggers such as alcohol and caffeine about a year ago. I take magnesium daily, Lost 25 lbs so at a healthy weight now, learned to deal with stress better etc. However I still have had more palpitations and little flutters more often too. This weekend we went away and I didn’t have my daily plain Greek yogurt for breakfast or daily glass milk. I noticed a have had no palpitations or little bouts of raised heart rate! Even though because of being away I did eat a little less healthy overall. Has anyone identified dairy as a trigger for them?
