Guest Linda Dewald
What would be considered the last resort for the treatment of Afib? Would a pacemaker be the very last treatment for a cure?

peteycap
Node ablation with pacemaker is the last resort and stay away from that as you will be dependent on the pacemaker to have a heartbeat. A pacemaker that keeps your rhythm up to a normal bpm is a different story. Neither one "cures" afib. Which one are you talking about?
