I was diagnosed with PAF since 2017. I am symptomatic and till now had a total of 5 episodes which goes away with medication within 3 hours. 3 occasions it was converted with 1 tablet of Flecainde and the other 2 occasion I was in A&E and was converted using medication including Flecainde. I must say after the 1st episode my life has changed. I am not as active as I was. The regular PVC is driving me crazy. All this time I have been on "Pill in a pocket" strategy but now I have started to take Flecainde on daily basis. Should I go for ablation? I am 51 years old male that have no other health records.
